Theyre off campus which means no mixers socials or rush events. IdkThey didnt get that many guys and were competing with DX and Lambda this year.

I'd say they are low-top tier for now. They were pretty solid while on campus and still have 2 years of pledge classes from that time. They lost a lot of social presence not being allowed to do stuff with sororities but they can still throw down at their off campus house; girls still like coming to those and they usually throw them with good fraternities. They will probably settle at upper mid- mid tier with lambda and delta chi.
