Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.8 Let's face it these guys of been top house on campus since the early 80s. They have a well established and involved alumni. After graduation alumni are very involved in helping graduates get jobs. They have the nicest house on campus. They have a solid brotherhood, excel at sports, are top in grades, and they are thriving outside of IFC along side Sigma Chi. There is a lot to hate if you are not in these two organizations. Keep doing you Theta Chi.

Let's face it these guys of been top house on campus since the early 80s. They have a well established and involved alumni. After graduation alumni are very involved in helping graduates get jobs. They have the nicest house on campus. They have a solid brotherhood, excel at sports, are top in grades, and they are thriving outside of IFC along side Sigma Chi. There is a lot to hate if you are not in these two organizations. Keep doing you Theta Chi.
