Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.9 They're adopt a blocks have really helped clean up the community. They also do great volunteer work for the local animal shelters. When ever we ask them to turn down music (which is rare) they always are very polite and respectful to our requests.
