Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.5 Always very welcoming and friendly. They are also very funny and one of the most genuine fraternities here. They are downplayed because they’re not affiliated with the school yet. They’re not your typical douchebag frat bro, they are some of my best guy friends. Also pretty cute.
