I would say this fraternity is not top house but its up there in top 3 with theta chi and sigma chi. All the dudes are super chill and act like a real brotherhood from what it seems like. If i rush I'm definitely considering them.

I'm a freshman guy and all I have to say is Gamma Phi is definitely going to become a top house after this semester of recruitment. I've heard the most amount of girls say they are want to join ADPi and Gamma Phi (but mainly Gamma Phi). Even girls that look like they would stereotypically be in Alpha Phi said that GFB is the sorority they want to join. I feel like Alpha Phi has messed up they're reputation to an extent that they're scaring girls away.

Not a good house. Plenty of nice ladies but they do horribly in recruitment and get all the girls no one else wanted.

Top house FOR SURE! Not a Greek but if I were to join any of the sororities it would be ADPi. These girls are so sweet, down to earth and gorgeous!
