The kappas here seem so down to earth and are not only pretty but smart too. Very classy group of girls and lots of fun to be around. Their sisterhood seems so strong and I would definitely consider Kappa a top house at Chapman!

Pi Phi's new pc is one of the top three hottest pledge classes this year. they've worked really hard since being new on campus and it's definitely showing, they're super active on campus and every one i've met is really sweet. i heard they put on an awesome recruitment. i wouldn't be surprised if they're one of the few top houses in the next year

They're definitely middle tier but don't see them moving up much. The guys aren't that attractive and think they're better than all the top tier frats
