2026 FRAT RANKINGS (from a girl not in greek life)

TOP: SNU, DCHI, DU, ZBT, LAMBDA
definitely the top 5 without much question. snu, lambda and zbt have the stereotypical frat energy, guys are a bit douchier but throw the most fun parties. dchi and du are sweet guys who do a lot of cool stuff, definitely the husband frats. dchi leans on the sportier side, and du is more granola/surfer/stoner. both have a similar vibe and throw some of the best parties and dayges. seems like theta chi might be close to taking lambda's spot here, but any of these houses will give you that "touse" vibe.
MID: THETA CHI, KSIG
these two both throw really fun events but have less strong sorority ties and some weirder guys. theta chi got a good first year pc and threw some great dayges, but these still don't draw as many people as the higher frats.
LOWER MID: BETA, AEPI, PHI PSI
fun houses where the guys are very close and have some parties that pop off. aepi only throws wine wednesdays which we love, but nothing else. phi psi used to be good but fell off hard.
BOTTOM: everything else

eh, they are pretty similar, I have friends in both, both solid brotherhood, theta chis is prob better tho.

I'm almost convinced greek life is just different frats yelling at each other, guys, if you want to rush, talk to people! these websites don't help much
