If you want a guy who will treat u somewhat right go to snu. Parties are like high school just groups of ppl talking absolutely no dancing. Can b hard to talk to because they hav a close circle of ppl they hang out w all the time. Guys r hot and not creepy. Some of the guys r like talking to a brick tho.

They are the stereotypical top house: good looking, decent personality, preppy ish, can party hard, basic. I think they are ranked lower than the other top houses on here for same reason AXO is...Bc they don’t make waves or talk badly about other houses to better themselves. They are solid enough that they don’t have to roast another house to better themselves.

They throw pretty fun parties. The guys aren’t that friendly compared to other fraternities, but they have the best looking group of guys which tends to attract top sororities. Definitely a top house.

A top house but guys aren’t as friendly as other frats. They have the best looking group of guys though so they still get the top sororities at their parties.

Definitely a top house but very interested in themselves. Very typical frat boys, seems almost like what you'd seen in the south. Guys can be nice but care a lot about their image more than other people. Get top sororities at their parties very often

Not sure what the guy below is on about...but these guys are top house along with Delta Chi. Just comes down to preference at that point.

I would say if #1 Lambda #2 DX #3 DU #4 Phi Psi WONT give you a bid then Sigma Nu is probably a good backup plan. They bid almost everyone (And it shows) but probably better to be a SNU than a GDI.

Uhhh as a top house girl I’m going to strongly disagree with your house ranking lol. Core 4 = SNU, lambda, Dchi, phi psi and those are known facts.

classic top tier frat. the guys are mostly really hot but talking to them is truly like talking to a brick wall(as the review below me said). they're very bro-y and have giant egos but a lot of the top sororities really like them. I've noticed that they have a really weird cult following, like girls either absolutely love them or hate them. I think it's because they're super cliquey and really only socialize with their friends at parties. tbh their parties absolutely suck unless you're close with some of the guys in the house or hooking up with one of them.
