Gotta bump the home boys up

These guys have come a long way from what Phi Delt used to be. They have stepped up their campus involvement and overall attitude. Their brotherhood is the strongest on campus. Which might stem from most of them play on the football team together. A group of fun guys

Phi Delt is kind of like the Jaws Theta Chi (JOX) in Monsters U. You know they would cheat to get ahead, but they do it because they want to win and they will always have a good time.

Can have fun but they always get into pointless fights with people and other houses.

The personality of this house has definitely changed. Their upperclassmen are the good guys of the house the underclassmen need to follow suit because I don't feel as if they are very accepting or approachable like they were in the past.

Fun group of guys that can do anything when they put their minds to it. I'm guessing the guy that posted before me is a Phi Delt. They have one of the nicest houses on campus with a fire pit, basketball court, newly renovated kitchen, private parking lot ect.

These boys are totes perf. Nom.

Although I transferred, they throw pretty good parties and have a strong brotherhood. The only issue is they turn away lots of people and only let girls in. That's perfectly fine for them, but hurts their recruitment. They had a large recruitment class last year, but sadly had some less than respectable guys.
