Take girls based on their grades... if you don't have a high gpa from first semester you probably will not get a bid. Some of the girls are nice, but the house overall doesn't seem very open to talk to

These girls appear like they would be very classy, but they seem to think that they are the best house, and it's obvious. A lot of them are stuck up and not welcoming. The house is very fancy, and seems unlived in because it is almost too perfect. Very smart girls for the most part though.

I am a sophomore here (not in a house, but considering rushing this year) and one of good friends is in Theta. She turned 21 this summer and wants to go out but says she has no one to go out with. She says the girls are really cliquey and exclude eachother. I know a lot of girls who are lonely or sad in that house.

Theta was where it was at during recruitment week but now, looking at the house, I would not want to live there personally. They are really nice girls but you have to have a certain "look" physically. They are your typical sorority girls: rich, girly, party hard. Some don't really have much of a personality but some of them are super duper sweet & I love them ;)
