Real ranks. 2026.

There is a top and bottom for houses unfortunately. Realistically, it’s a top 5 and bottom 4. This divide is real.

Top (in no order):
Phi Mu, DZ, Gphi, TriSig, and SK.
These are the houses that cut heavy early in recruitment and PNMs desire the most. People have mixed feelings about these chapters but I’m not here to speak on that. They have top gpa’s, great retention, passionate members, and show out the most at functions. These are the girls that are gonna work hard and succeed in class, always see at the library, but also the ones you will see going out most weekends. Very well rounded.

Bottom (in no order):
Phisig, aoii, ast, and asa.
These chapters are amazing but not many people have these as their top house during recruitment. They have low retention in the chapter, and when they have decent retention you can tell they are trying to just take as many people as they can. Also a dysfunctional leadership sometimes. These girls get good grades but not as great as the top houses. They don’t get invited to all the parties.
