Girls ranks in no order in tiers.
Top: ZTA PM KAT ADPi AGD APhi AXiD AXO
The only thing you can objectively rank are chapter histories and the physical houses, which no one cares about really so there is no point. Every sorority has multiple events like date nights, mixers, socials, whatever you want to call them with top fraternities.
Guys in order in tiers
Group 1: KS PKA SX PGD KA SAE SNu
Most active on or off campus, all except SAE have great to at minimum very good houses, all except SNu are free from restrictions in house or at chapter events, all pull tech sororities exclusively.
Group 2: PDT, ATO, TKE, BTP, SPE, OX, CP, PKP
Some have house restrictions, some have history of trouble, some may have to fill social calendars with other campuses sororities, either way these are the next most active on or off campus and who actually get tech sororities to events a lot. There is a truck load of competition for sororities attention here so the fact they get so much, especially on the top of the group, is respectable.
Group 3: LXA, DX, OXi, AEPi, DU, ZBT, ChiPsi, PSK, PKT, DSP, ASP
These groups are fine, certainly active and get girls around but half of the time they aren't from tech. Also usually this is where membership starts to shrink and as a result upper class men like juniors or seniors rush them regularly and get in. Pretty sure these are the last groups with houses.
Group 4: anyone else
There are a lot of fraternities here and Greek participation is dropping over all, personally I wouldn't rush anyone else but if you do try and rush someone with a house at least and no less than 40 or 50 guys.

KS KA and PKA have been the top 3 since the 1910s or whatever. It won't change ever. ATO used to be there too but have slipped hard. SX and SN both have a good time and good guys. Fiji PDT and ATO all pull well and at minimum have nice to amazing(Fiji) houses and locations. Beta is boring and TKE are burnouts who dropout after a couple of years. Everything below the top 10 is very respected but they resort to off campus sororities a lot. Still solid choices.

SAE used to be a lot higher but their house and soft reputation has them struggling, Beta is boring, and TKE are burnouts who dropout after a couple of years. Everything below the top 11 is very respected but they resort to off campus sororities a lot. Still solid choices.

Idk what KA fan fiction you are writing but they have not been top 3 here since the 1910's. You absolutely dogged SAE for no reason. Put KA where Fiji is and move Fiji with SX and SN, switch SAE and ATO.

Zete, Lambda, DeltaSig, AlphaSig
KS and Pike have been 1 and 2 for awhile now and that's not changing anytime soon imo. SN gets less tech girls, Fijis guys lacks, SAEs house lacks.
ATO SX and KA are all solid but ATO needs to stay out of trouble, KA needs to be cool with having non white girls around and dating bros, and SX needs to update or fix up their house, it would be debatable top 3 or 5 with renovations. Beta is dry, TKE guys drop off after 2 or 3 years of partying, and SogEpis dry. All get girls and are solid guys though. TKE is the only one with good events without joints.
Next tier is solid but less tech girls around and the guys are a definite drop of 50% of the time.
Last tier you'll hear about and they will have 1 or 2 nights a semester where they rage face but other than that are small and rarely have tech girls around.
