Ditto above but either the house is lacking hard/there are some restrictions in house/sororities are lacking. Pretty much even with above minus a few caveats.
KA, SAE, SX, SNu, ATO, TKE
Dry houses, 21 to have fun BUT have great guys, decent houses at minimum, and pull tech sororities easy.
PDT, BTP, SPE
Last frats with tech sororities around, decent guys, good houses, good parties.
OX, PKP, CPhi, DX
If you're an upper class man looking to rush, or if you want a religious fraternity.

this is true. they threw the biggest summer darty recently out of all the frats. tons of girls pulled up, so yes they're popular iwht girls

Their summer events are worse than mids like PiKapp and OX. Stop trying to flex when we all see the vids on tictoc and Snapchat. There are literally 14 feats with better summer events, all beta has is their name and a mid house they can't even throw house parties in.

Beta is having good events and yes other groups may have had bigger stuff but who cares. Y'all need to quit all of this bashing. Beta is good and they get tech sororities around. They easily in the top 6-8 fraternities here even being less fun.

They're popular when there isn't another fraternity throwing an event or unless they pay a lot of money for another fraternity to throw a party at that fraternities house for them. Their off campus stuff is fine but with DT ATL traffic, most people will stay on campus if they have the option.
