If you mean Greek alumni that share letters then yes but that's obvious. There are rivalries between schools but it isn't taken so seriously after college. Networking in a too ACC or SEC school will get you places. Especially with the quality education offered here, hard work though depending on the major, some aren't that hard.

Nobody cares about Greek or school affiliation after graduation. A set of letters is not going to help you job network or get hired; your degree, accomplishments, and personal connections do that. Nobody's looking at you having been an XYZ somewhere.

Respecting and liking someone personally or valuing them professionally is what matters in your alum life, not their school or Greek affiliation (or non-affiliation). They are your coworkers, neighbors, professionals you seek services from like doctor, lawyer, accountant, vet, architect, etc.

IDK why you are equating racial and class tensions with alumni who had joined whatever chapter at whatever school. That's pretty immature.
