Is there going to be a new sorority soon?

No time soon, not unless/until mc's start getting up toward 70 again, only then will the sororities vote for expansion. Also no NPC will establish here without a guaranteed spot for competitive housing, and where is that at this point? There is also the "enrollment cliff" to be considered, which is a projected 15% decline in admissions over the next 5-10 years nationally, which is not likely to affect Tech at that high a level but admissions will certainly level off and that will affect membership numbers.
Too bad so sad for you, sororities exist for the benefit of women and not to provide hot girls for your frat parties.

Pretty sure that's obvious to everyone captain obvious. No one said srats are purely for frats to get hot girls but whatever put words in my mouth Karen lmfao 🤣 I'm just happy to see That's doing well and wondered if there was opportunity for another sorority.

WTF?? That's literally the only objective thing you can rank about sororities is which frats they hang with. How else are you going to rank them objectively? "Sisterhood", philanthropy? You have to be in them to compare all of that. Think harder you're supposed to go to tech...
