Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Georgia College & State University - GCSU 2.7 i am a member of a certain sorority i will not say, but i have a handful of friends who are adpi and i really think they are genuine people, gorgeous and smart. but the rest i have met and probably wont talk to again are girls that are superficial, spray tanned orange, fake bleached blonde hair, and less than diverse because those are the standard to become and adpi. im a blonde naturally, but before rush, i got my hair a little bit lighter, because even before i got to gcsu i knew tht was their vibe (according to their instagram pictures and what people had told me). i got dropped by adpi the first day, but i was ok with tht because i had the most bland conversations with them from the minute i got there to the minute i left. it was like i had to lead the conversation and ask questions. it was almost like they knew who they wanted beforehand so they weren't going to try with someone they knew they weren't going to offer a bid to. so, overall, bad sisterhood, not diverse, the whole God complex is a real thing for them, but not all of them are as intimidating as they look. give any girl in a sorority a chance, dont judge them based on reps, then u can have your own opinions.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Georgia College & State University - GCSU 2.2 I have friends in adpi chapters at other campuses, and have always loved them, but for some reason at GCSU i have never liked them. There are a few sweet girls, but most of the girls are just so focused on looks and popularity and don’t actually have a strong sense of sisterhood. They are also famous for trash talking other sororities. It’s rare to find an adpi here that is actually friendly and down to earth

I 10000% agree they are by far the scariest/most intimidating/slightly shallow one on campus but truthfully, just about every girl in the pledge class I’ve met has been incredibly kind. They have some shallow ones, but so does every other sorority. I went through recruitment relatively close-minded about ADPI assuming I’d get cut first day just like everyone else, but ended up making it (won’t say how far) but far enough to know it’s not this awful picture everyone is painting. Did I get high school vibes? Absolutely. Would I expect them to be inclusive to more people? Probs not tbh. But is ADPI (as a whole) this awful/snobby sorority? No, not at all.

This past recruitment period, they were required to broaden their acceptance rate to girls who didn’t look exactly like them bc for the past however many years, looks were the only thing they accepted on.
