have a more genuine reputation than kappa (compared a lot cuz theyre the only sororities on campus). kappa is more homogenous and stereotypically "sororityty" (thin blonds). theta has been doing better and attracting better girls with each pledge class. great sisterhood. mixes with a lot of the frats and some club sports from what I know. have an overall good reputation. the social scene doesnt revolve around greek life here like it does at many other schools, so it is pretty low key but still a great thing to be apart of. girls are all very welcoming and fun

Theta at Georgetown doesn't have the biggest presence on campus, but it is low-key really cool. The girls in it are super nice and welcoming.

They seem like they’re trying to build up their reputation, but are trying a bit too hard. There also seems to be a lot of bitterness towards kappa because theta is seen as sort of the kappa rejects on campus (not trying to be mean, have just heard that like 98% of girls pref’d kappa the past few years). Rushed last year and the time spent in the theta room was just really uncomfortable. I felt like I was forcing conversation the whole time and i was relieved to leave the room. In comparison, the kappa vibe was super relaxed and it was easy to talk to them. Every PNM that I know pref’d kappa. I ended up getting a theta bid, and like most other PNMs that didn’t get kappa, I dropped. They seem like sweet girls, but it I've heard them bad mouthing kappa, which seems like it’s out of anger at not getting in (which also seems to be present on their Greek rank page) and that was one of the main reasons I dropped. I wish they concentrated more on their own sisterhood and didn’t compare to others
