Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 3.4 Nice guys but try way too hard to be "fratty." Everyone knows tryhards aren't cool. They've risen pretty fast, but whether or not they have the potential to be top tier remains to be seen. As of now they're a solid middle tier fraternity, nothing more.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 4.2 SAE has the potential to be a really great org. From what i understand their president right now is not the greatest, but they seemed to be really involved during Greek Week with ZTA and the other groups. They've tried to imitate the "Frat" mindset too much, and I think thats been hurting their chapter, but they do not deserve to be as low on this list as they are.
