Yeah without their four houses, massive parties, close knit 70 man chapter, and $17,000 raised for philanthropy in 2014, they're pretty much nobodies.... what GEEDZZ

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 2.8 Can honestly say that people just like them because they have a nice house now. The brothers can be super creepy and are not attractive whatsoever. Some of the brothers are really nice, but that's a very small percentage. Pikapp is still bottom tier, but just get attention cause of their house

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 5.0 Came to Mason this weekend for Halloween and went to their mansion and I am impressed. The house is huge and they threw one of the biggest parties I have been to. There were like 800+ people there and they didn't run out of alcohol. All of the Pi Kapps I met were extremely nice and the other fraternities throwing with them weren't bad either!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 5.0 How far they've come. From throwing the worst parties 3 years ago to throwing the best parties. They have the tightest knit brotherhood and very respectful. Plus they have a southern style frat house. HUGE
