Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Boston University - BU 4.7 Honestly love these guys, would pick them over most other frats any day of the week. They have the swaggiest clothes and the chillest of the vibes. Their chill to pull ratio is off the charts. Their philanthropy could use some work but otherwise solid fraternity. Definitely one of the top houses.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Boston University - BU 4.7 chi phi has been my favorite place to go on the weekends for a year and a half now... honestly the only frat my friends go to at this point all the brothers and super nice and all seem super connected / friends with each other... I think they are going to keep rising in the coming years too I have a friend who said their recruitment gets better every semester
