Housing Corporations or the chapter's university own houses, not the national fraternity.

I get it that you guys are new to greek life, but look up your facts before you start rambling on how your fraternity will buy you a house.

Some houses are owned by nationals and leased out to the local chapters. Others are owned by the local chapter under a chapter house corporation. Depends on the group but usually the university has to approve the house being built regardless of who owns it.
