You’re kidding yourself if you say kappa is top tier. The only girls who go kappa are girls that wish they could be in a top sorority but party & got black listed. There’s a reason theyre known as the party sorority.

Kappa will always be top tier. They're super selective with the girls they rush, really pretty girls, and all the frats want to hang out with kappas. People that rank them low are either sad kappa didn't let them in or making it up. kappa is top house and that's not gonna change any time soon
