Honestly I was really conflicted to put top tier anymore. Chi O is a great sorority and really competitive to get in but I feel like its getting more and more irrelevant. Not that looks are everything but there are less pretty girls in each pledge class. really competing to stay top tier right now.

Baylor sorority girls have a lot of commitments which require that they spend time with their sorority sisters. They also have friends in other sororities, and friends who didn't join sororities. Each sorority has girls that represent the group well, as well as those that probably shouldn't have been granted sisterhood in the first place. That being said, Chi Omegas have the largest national membership who are known for supporting and hiring ChiOs. At Baylor, ChiOs are known as super classy

Sisterhood and networking are top tier, even on a national level. Baylor Chios are respected as classy girls, who are fun and sporty in a positive way. Really enjoyed intermurals and formals with them this year.

Baylor's Chi Omegas are sweet hearts. I mostly know girls from the 2 most recent classes, and they are down to earth and fun to be around. I'm not in a sorority, but if I were, it'd probably be ChiO.

Coming to Baylor and rushing ChiO! My guy friends at Baylor are Delts and ATOs. I've met girls from Kappa Gamma, Tri Delt, PiPhi and ChiO that I liked a lot. They were very friendly and nice. Seemed like the Tri Delts and ChiOs are most academically inclined, PiPhis and ChiOs are awesome all around girls, and KKG and ChiOs are fun, outgoing and sporty. I was leaning towards ChiOmega, but decided to get input from my guy friends. ChioS= 100% positive comments. Now my heart is set on ChiO!

Chi Os are great girls! At Baylor, they used to be called " camp counselor types" because of their outfit of choice involving huge (ginormous really) shirts, jogging shorts, and sport sandals. The last two pledge classes seem to have a lot more glamour girls ( the KOTs say there's a Blake Lively look alike). As many other reviews have stated, ChiOs are definitely smart girls, who are also pretty, like sports and student productions, and have a heart for God. More importantly, they are nice to people. You'll find ChiOs in a wide variety of groups- cheerleaders, athletes, performing arts, philanthropy, premed, business, and leadership. They raise a lot of money for the Make A Wish foundation every year. ChiOs are known to socialize with KOTs and ATOs the most, but it seems that they are friendly with everyone, whether you're involved in Greek life or not. You don't have to go Greek to have a great experience at Baylor, but if you do rush, ChiO is pretty awesome!
