Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.7 I'm not in a sorority but if I decided to rush I would rush Alpha Phi. Everyone I have met is so friendly and naturally beautiful. They don't pile on the makeup like lots of girls in Texas do. They are really fun without the big party/drinking vibe. They literally make everyone feel welcome.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 Top sorority at Baylor. Aphi has only been around a few years but has quickly risen in the ranks. One of the most desired bids in this year's recruitment. These girls are beautiful, smart, and entertaining. The whole package!

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 4.5 Alpha Phi is about half party girls and half complete opposite. Almost everyone ended up here because they were dropped from their first choice but everyone I knew ended up loving it. They have some really ambitious people and I could see it rising over the next few years.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 2.9 If you’re expecting to rush Alpha Phi at Baylor, don’t expect to stay in it until your senior year. Girls are frequently dropping and get kicked because of the lack of sisterhood and the constantly changing “social media policy.” Heard their DEI chair left because she got told she “wasn’t blonde enough.” Rules and expectations are becoming so strict, you can tell they’re trying too hard to become a wannabe top house. From what I’ve heard from girls in this chapter, they have a lot of work to do until they can move up on campus

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 Aphi is a newer sorority, but is definitely a desired sorority. They have become very selective and made a name for themselves. Everyone is so kind and usually pretty. I am not in a sorority/frat but have met so many Aphis and they are overall great and have cute events.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 1.5 This sorority talks about sisterhood and how important it is to them. That couldn’t be further from the truth. You have your cliques in this sorority and if you don’t bow down to the leader of the clique you will be run off. There is a reason why it is almost the smallest sorority.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 5.0 As a member in another chapter, Aphi has improved tremendously over the past few years. When I rushed, they were still considered “new” but they have definitely made a name for themselves now. If I wasn’t in my current chapter, I would 100% be in Alpha Phi. I have so many Aphi friends who I love and every girl I have met in it has been so kind. Love them!

As a member in another chapter, Aphi has improved tremendously over the past few years. When I rushed, they were still considered “new” but they have definitely made a name for themselves now. Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baylor University - BU 2.5 the self ranking on here is crazy. i get it, they want more exclusive girls and are trying really hard to rise in rank, but trashing axo and theta and claiming to be above them (which is far from true) isn’t the way to do it. pnms still want both of those more, it’ll be another year of aphi taking the zeta rejects. the trash talking doesn’t make you look classy as you may claim!!!
