Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 3.0 phi delts seem ok to me, most of their guys dress fratty and like to party. They bid too many guys and seem to have a few members that suck and bring the rest down. Most are ok nice fraternity guys though, solid 2nd tier fraternity.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 2.0 Guys who know how to party and have a good time. However, really classless and have no involvement. Just here for a good time. Wouldn't ever want a girl I know to date one or be left at one of their social events. Seem alright though except for their messed up pledging stories. But hey, college is about doing it for the memory, not the moment. right?
