Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 3.0 They are a decent chapter. I will also give them credit for being one of the few party fraternities at Baylor (along with SAE, Delt, & SigEp). However, they are just too small and too many of their members try and talk a big game. They are a decent middle tier frat determined to make everyone else think they are top tier. They come off like a bunch of try hards.

They are a decent chapter. I will also give them credit for being one of the few party fraternities at Baylor (along with SAE, Delt, & SigEp). However, they are just too small and too many of their members try and talk a big game. They are a decent middle tier frat determined to make everyone else think they are top tier. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 3.0 chivalrous is a strong word to use for them. Some are nice and some are scrum bags. Over all in every way they are average. You could tell this group apart from Delt or Sigep if you tried. But I guess they did turn the organization around. After all phi delt was one of the worst chapters at Baylor for like 25 years.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Phi Delt was one of the worst fraternities at Baylor for like 25 years. They finally start to get decent around 2009 and all the sudden they start calling themselves "top tier" and "old money". The only people who buy this are freshman and the same 10 kappas that hang around them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Bunch of try hards! Did you see them at tailgate dancing around on their stupid wooden speaker box thing? It's ridiculous how much they try and get attention. While I was trying to enjoy the tailgate I had to listen to their ridiculous rap music…awful!
