Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 4.0 Any other campus these guys would be considered top tier. Since all Baylor cares about is sing they aren't considered top tier. These guys definitely throw some of the best parties

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 4.6 completely false. Kappagir92 holds a grudge b/c she couldn't hold down a Phi Delt. Sorry about it. Phi Delt is universally considered the best or close to it.
