DPHIE - Pulling out of formal recruitment

Why did DPHIE pull out of formal recruitment?? Aren’t y’all suppose to be part of panhal and like follow the process?? It’s crazy y’all are in the NPC but don’t respect other orgs if it doesn’t benefit your own. Maybe you should be a non-panhal and leave the conference..

It’s not that big of a deal. They just recruit better through COB, and formal recruitment is a lot of work. Other chapters want them to thrive, they don’t care. Also means larger PCs for the other houses probs.
