Houses to avoid if you’re not rich

Rushing in the fall. Please be honest and tell me what fraternities to avoid if someone is not rich. I heard horror stories about some houses at this school. Serious answers please.

I don’t think being rich is a requirement from any fraternity, but be prepared to pay around $1k/semester in dues for any frat

A lot of frats will help you pay dues if you can’t afford them. I would rush every house and try to get a bid regardless.
