which frats to look at and avoid?

Next year I'm going to be looking at joining a frat. I know some frats are better than others. and some are not verry active compared to the rest. I kind of want to join one that has a lot of events and partys where I can meet new people/girls

That's pretty much what tier rankings are is how active the houses are (parties & other events) and how many girls they get.
