Dude we all avoided your group of incest right when we got on campus. You guys are just fading away, the last thing you guys even have on campus is Bust. If you lost that there'd literally be no reason for your Frat to be on this campus.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 5.0 There's a lot of hate towards these guys, but I think it's because they are a chapter on the rise. Great brotherhood, and just pure gentlemen. If all you're looking for is a house, don't go here, because they don't want you. Come here to be a gentleman, and grow into a man!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 5.0 These guys are true gentleman and I enjoy being around them. They throw great parties and I have witnessed many brothers making sure the people attending their parties (especially girls) get home safely. They've improved a lot since my first year here
