Frat Houses at ECU
by: PnmI’m new to Greek life. Why do frats lose their houses here at ecu? Alpha Sig had one for years and so did Theta, it just feels like their kicking frats off campus

It could happen for many different reasons but the main one is there nationals gets mad that they couldn’t fill the house which looses them money. I don’t know much about those frats situations but I believe the alpha sig house is owned by a Greenville landlord and he’s decided to rent to pike now.
