Here are my hot takes of the year
1) adphi isn't on the same level as Snu KA or DSIG
2) pikapp will be unanimously better than Pike by the end of next year
3) Delt and Sig Ep are on the rise
4) half of the tri delts are really amazing and the the other half are just rich and annoying
5) KA is actually the best fraternity. SNU kids are really boring and DSIG is really polarizing - some people love them, and some people hate them
6) APHI is pretty polarizing too. Half the girls are amazing and the other half are just bitter they aren't KEY3 and try to act better than the rest of their sorority.
7) Kappa is the best sorority
8) the idea of the key 3 should end. there are too many annoying key 3s and too many cool non key 3s for the key 3 to be so relevant.
