Hey so I'm new to FSU and just transferred from a small liberal arts school in Boston! I'm thinking about rushing in the fall and I'm not sure how fraternities work. I always liked the idea of them, and now I think im going to go for it. I have some questions though.
Does the size and niceness of a house determine how good a frat is?
Why are there only three actual houses in Heritage and what are they? Why dont the other ones have houses?
What is a solid list of the tier system that everyone generally accepts for frats?

This is generally how the frats are ranked. I would say that each line is in no particular order and can be interchanged.
