All of these fraternities are worth rushing this fall. The rest are very small/new and won’t give you the social/professional/night life connections you get from other fraternities

Chi Phi is ranked right where they should be (tbf a little high, phi delt is better, and lambda will be better in a year or so). They have a pretty strange brother hood with a really bad rep, and I’m yet to see them throw a party with over 500 people show up, let alone 1,000 which every frat over them has done

Edit: Pi lam doesn’t get that many people at their parties either, but they’re still better than chi phi. I’d probably put them equal to phi delt, but both still way better than chi phi

‘Bruh’ is right about Phi Delt and LXA. They are both former “old row” style fraternities with big houses and powerful alumni. They’ll get better. Unfortunately Phi Delt national requires completely dry houses, like SPE and Beta.

Dude saying Pi Lam better than Chi Phi… don’t know about that. Chi Phi has only been back a couple of years. They were solid before getting kicked off and were about to build a mansion. They own that massive lot from St Augustine through to Pensacola.
Id say they are currently on an equal level, so this isn’t a direct shot, but I’d bet Chi Phi keeps growing with their location and pilam continues to just be ‘there’.

I completely missed them. I’d put them right under pi lam/beta and right over chi phi

Kid… a SigEp or alpha delt ranking this.
Sigep- they need to be lower. Actually, just make a third level w Fiji/Sigep/KSig and DX. All good houses and really equal depending on the dude. I’d even say SAE with that group w their housing/money issues.
Also, Alpha Delt is not above Beta. SX/Beta equal to each other and Alpha Delt below both. Then it should be Chi Phi/Phidelt, etc. Chi phi sounds like they finally growing after coming back and their property they own is pretty freakin amazing.
Pi Lam w Lambda Chi. Sorry, but Pilam has no reputation even if they somehow have a decent amount of brothers.

Don’t discount Chi Phi. They’re having a good recruitment. If they ever build a good house on that property near the stadium they will be a top house.
