How close is SAE to beating Pike?

How close is SAE to taking Pike's place at the top? I'm serious. Pike has great PR but I'm impressed with SAE.

Nowhere close.
SAE is solid. But taking 60 guys per pledge class doesn’t make you #1.
Also, aren’t they having $ issues right now?

Doesn’t make sense. How can SAE be $4m in debt? They’re just renting that property. And if SAE wants to build they have the alumni to do it.

Pike is by itself.
Then comes KA, KSig, SAE. And with the rumors of their house being taken- they’ll fall below Fiji/SigEp/OX/DX.
