Delta Chi House

Heritage is alright, but the location is terrible. It’s why SAE, ATO and others never moved there. Then you had KA, SigEp etc building houses on/near campus which blows away Heritage.
Yes, it will be a good spot for pike, lambda and phi delt- it once was before they got kicked off. But anyone would prefer to be where KA, KSig,Fiji, OX is. Or even where Sigep, SX, Chi Phi are near College town.

True- parking is nice out there and the houses are ‘nicer’ right now. I think it’s just a preference. I wasn’t a SX, but that’s the ideal scenario- big house/lot, parking, walk to campus and college town. But it takes big money to buy property near campus now.

They are in their house for this year, yes, but are out following. Phi Delt is already giving leases for 27 fall.

You’re right- DX has the lease til ‘27. Which is why they out and PhiDelt back in the fall ‘27. You really think the owners are going to let DX extend? They were just waiting for PhiDelt to grow to a decent number to support the mortgage.

Next year is “soon.” And btw, why would that option to extend get used considering Phi Delt alumni own the house?

Can’t argue that Heritage is not the best location. However, you can’t beat the parking, the big three houses are bigger and constructed better than anything on College or Pensacola, and before LXA and Phi Delt got booted those were three of the top fraternities in IFC.
