Sae nowhere near Pike and KA is the only other frat that’s even close. OX, though being in constant trouble is nowhere near as low as the OP states. alpha delt just not good enough to be above SX/beta. DX about to drop big due to losing house to phi delt- it’s 100% happening.
The rest is subjective and up for discussion and the list is otherwise really solid.

Delta chi currently with Sigep/Fiji, but agree with this list otherwise. Both they and sae have to figure out housing or both will fall.
