TKE No Longer Bouse??

Just saw an IG post saying tke had 45 bids accepted after they restarted this spring. With this being said, it’s pretty fair to assume they’re no longer the worst frat at fsu. Who takes their place? I would say most people agree there are a few frats that could be considered the worst, but who is truly bouse?

Chi Psi: Pretty small, but everyone I met there is chill. They’re still fairly new so I think it’s safe to say they’re safe from being bouse.

Lambda: Still new, have a lot of weird brothers, but also some good dudes. Their name is probably gonna make them lower middle in a couple years. Not bouse.

Delta Sig: Now here’s where it gets interesting. I feel like when they first came to fsu a couple years ago, they were improving pretty fast, and were even able to find a house despite being so small and new. Since, with a lot of frats have returned, I think they got hit really hard and struggled since. They almost feel like the most irrelevant frat at fsu, but I don’t think they’re bad enough to be bouse yet.

ZBT: While still being new, they have developed a reputation of being bouse. I think they were even considered one of the worst frats at fsu before they got kicked off (but don’t quote me on that). I feel like they also kind of embrace and joke about being bouse. Relatively weird brothers, I don’t think they have a house, and they haven’t done anything of relevance since getting on campus. They are in my top 2 for being bouse, but I won’t give them the title just because they are new.

Phi Psi: I was talking to an older guy and learned that just a few years ago, phi psi was seen as the chi phi at fsu. If you didn’t get a bid from the middle tier frats (at the time were K Sig, D Chi, Alpha Delt, Fiji, and Beta), then you would go to phi psi, which feels almost like what chi phi is today. They also used to have chi phi’s house before they returned to fsu. Unfortunately since, they haven’t been able to find a good house, have a pretty uninspired brotherhood, and are on a pretty downward trajectory, especially with all the new/returning frats being more established. They would be my current pick for true bouse due to being the most established out of all of these (no upward trajectory), but I think it’s fair to say that any one of ZBT, D Sig, or Phi Psi could be considered the true bouse at THE Florida State University.
