Top is ZTA/ADPI/KD/DG in no particular order.
And no,times have not changed, this is the way it has been for a long time now. I don't care what new PC they have, don’t care who has a new updated house, blah blah blah
What matters is what’s on the inside. Historically, the top 4 always get the best girls. And just because Dz and Aphi have recently updated their houses this year doesn’t automatically make them “top”.
Dz are notorious self rankers on here and Aphi is definitely upper mid at best.Anyone that actually goes to FSU and is involved in Greek life knows this.

Haters stop! Things have changed since 2000. We are in 2026. Historically, what happened 20 years ago is not today.
And yes, Dz and Aphi have recently updated their houses this year and are getting the top girls now. Look at the PCs now and t type last few years, not from 2000. Had to be said
