Updated Frat Ranking for Spring Rush 26

1) Pi Kappa Alpha (ΠΚΑ): Undisputed, good socials, good parties, brothers are douchey, but most chill, good house, bad location, brotherhood not great, hella dirties most on campus. (run cess)
2) Sigma Alpha Episilon (ΣΑΕ): Good house with arguably the best location, brotherhood not that great, decently hard pledge process, decent parties (run clydes and brick)
3) Theta Chi (ΘΧ): Faces lots of problems, but right now they belong here. The motel is great, parties get people, great tailgates, may not be around in 4 years so keep that in mind, very hard and weird pledge process, probably not worth pledging.
4) Kappa Alpha Order (KA): Great house location, good brotherhood, good sorority relations, horrible diversity if you care about that, hasn't made much noise in the fall, solid frat. (or "order" but that's lowkey corny)
5) Sigma Phi Epsilon (ΣΦΕ): Great house, but it's dry, so no parties at the house, small tailgate space, house chef so thats huge plus, not a lot of nightlife presence.
6) Kappa Sigma (ΚΣ): Great house, decent tailgates, half brothers are squids, other half are good, def on the decline, solid right now though. (big strip presence) (known for certain substances)
7) Phi Gamma Delta (ΦΓΔ): On the rise, Sosa was the best party of the semester, lots of squids, but the new pc was solid, def worth rushing, most likely top in 5 years.
8) Pi Lambda Phi (ΠΛΦ): Talks of new property on the ave, palms master lease, decent guys, great tailgates, weaker sorority relations, bad rep overall for some reason but worth rushing. (growing nightlife presence they for some reason run pots)
9) Beta Theta Pi (ΒΘΠ): Again, dry house, decent guys, tailgates are still at pots which is weak, for some reason wins all the dance stuff so take that as you want.
10) Alpha Delta Phi (ΑΔΦ): Good house, odd brothers, pretty bad rep around campus from what I've heard, good potential though, but they do live on this site so they can defend themselves.
11) Delta Chi (ΔΧ): Honestly, just forgot them, but they deserve like around 5-6 area, forgot them for a reason tho... pikes little bro.

HM:
- Phi Delt: probably next in line to be decent, right now not good
- Chi Phi: not a great house, not great brothers
- Phi Psi: Again, not great, better house though, but brothers just aren't pulling in good birds.

p.s I know this is brainrot, and these rankings don't mean anything, individual bots slip into every frat, and I would say you could take certain brothers in "bouse" frats and they would fit into top.
