So much wrong with this. Theta chi after years of controversy and allegations is nowhere near #2, SAE over Sig Ep, Beta under Sig Chi, and Chi Phi under Phi Delt

Did you see OXs class? They are washed. Need to be 5 or 6 spaces lower and that's being generous. Also you are over rating their pull.

The top 10 is accurate except that you might have Theta Chi too high. TX is good but they took a hit last spring and again this fall. They’ll be back.
Pike is where they always are. KAO never changes. I’d put SAE above Sig Ep but that’s just personal preference.
#6 through #10 are right except I might put Alpha Delt over Beta for the same reason I have SAE over SPE.
