Kappa Sig living in Squalor

Why is Kappa Sig considered so high and guys keep rushing there when their house looks the way it does? Did anyone else see the video of their house run through? Looks like they are living in a hoarders house. I get it’s a frat house but put some effort into the place you live and host social events at jesus.

Kappa Sig is an OK fraternity. They have a great location but they are not “considered so high”. They are upper mid and that’s probably their best.

That’s an old video the house itself is fine once pledging starts and it’s always clean plus they have other houses they do parties with sororities and things like that
