Can u be a bartender w/ out being top tier

I’ve noticed most of the bartenders especially at pots and cess are in top tier sororities and idk if it’s a coincidence or a requirement

My fraternity is not top tier and we have bartenders at most clubs. Idk how it works for chicks but as far as I’m concerned you just have to be competent and face and you can get moved up.

I know some bartenders who are in “middle tier” sororities! They just want you to be able to bring people out
