Bc there is a very salty pi phi and theta hater that lives on this site - maybe other stats as well. It’s just been very obvi these past few weeks. She’s very intense. Btw - I am not the op nor am I in either of those srats. I know some pi phi’s and they’re cool. I really don’t know any thetas.

What does someone who hates theta and pi phi have to do with these ranks? Both houses are ranked correctly in the ops list. I be like both houses and this is exactly where I’d place them too

This is the most honest ranking I’ve seen. I suppose you could argue a few houses particularly KD but in reality their PCs have been lackluster and they’ve relied on their rep. I’m good with

Yup. Except I would say Theta is = (because they try too hard, especially with the constant self ranking), but Pi Phi is definitely UP.
