tri delt and AGD have the newest and nicer houses. when rushing you can look around and try to see but you can’t actually see the rooms unless you’re in them, and i’m not in either of these srats so i wouldn’t know. but just from year of build and how they look like on the outside i would say DDD and AGD probably have the best

Many srat houses are nice at FSU but tri delt and AGD have the newest ones but probably more expensive.
