What makes ZTA and KD top strats

99% of Greek rank ranks are based on looks.
Typically zta and Kd tend to have a significant portion of really beautiful and smart women. All 5 top houses zta Kd dg ddd adpi also maintain very strong chapters and are very visible on campus. With that said that does not mean that the 12 other houses are in any way lesser. It’s a challenge at FSU to get into any house but particularly more so for the top 5.

check your facts because almost every single sorority house..everyone has a higher gpa than frats do and there are plenty in stem majors in finance ect.

Furthermore, your argument is not convincing if you can't even demonstrate your intelligence in a post, where you use "ect." instead of "etc." ECT pertains to electroconvulsive therapy.

Well let’s look at this scenario objectively and use some standard metrics to judge the situation. There are 17 sororities on campus that have in excess of 200+ members and those groups maintain an average gpa of above a 3.4 and our active on campus in leadership roles and raise thousands for their philanthropies. On the other hand we have perhaps 2-3 decent fraternities left on campus with a gpa of less than 3.0 who are constantly suspended. I’d say one group is significantly smarter than the other.

The Top 5 are ZTA, KD, DG, ADPI and Tri Delt. All are very different but all have beautiful, involved, outgoing members. THAT being said, every single FSU sorority has beautiful, smart, involved members. FSU is different from every Panhellenic that I’ve ever seen. The mid/bottom here would be top at any other school....especially the northeast.
