Why should we keep frats on campus?

You're wrong, troll. Fraternities are not dying at FSU; membership numbers for the big chapters are very large. This university is kicking them off here but that's not happening at other big southern schools.
Why are fraternities good? Because we like them and want them and we have the right to create them and be in them. Not everyone wants to be in radical left wing clubs like SDS.
Why is IFC needed at FSU? That's a good question. They should support the fraternities and not just act on behalf of the administration.

We don't need your permission. We don't need to justify our existence to you. Greek social orgs have been on American campuses for hundreds of years, with or without university recognition. Private schools can ban our existence if they choose, but public universities cannot. And even Harvard just got slapped down after trying to punish students for joining unrecognized fraternities and sororities there. Most good schools recognize the value that Greeks bring to the campus, socially and financially.
