Frat descriptions

I’m rushing this semester, I’m looking at all of the fraternities but I want to know more about a few in particular:
Pike
Theta Chi
SAE
Sig Ep
No particular order but I know guys from home in all of them so I want to know what the description/stereotype is of each and if I should look closer at them.

Pike - top frat, rich, not a great brotherhood
Theta chi - diverse, good looking guys, house isn’t the greatest though
Sae - diverse, party frat. Long as they stay out of trouble, they have a bright future
Sig Ep - nice new house, cool brothers, alcohol free frat though which definitely puts a dent on things. That rule only really applies if their nationals are checking though

I would say stay away from SAE because they are the most likely to get kicked off but if you vibe with them, that’s your call.
Pike: The top frat, not nearly what they used to be but still great, good sorority relations, very hard to get a bid from, the worst hazing.
Theta Chi: Up and coming, new to top tier, will only improve with ATO falling, chill guys, a good time
Sig Ep: chill guys, new house was just built, won’t ever get in trouble or kicked because they’re too involved with administration which honestly works in their favor, good sorority relations.
SAE: Crazy fun guys, mix of cool and creepy guys, risky to join because they might get kicked.
