You wear whatever you want and don't act like a herd animal who wears only "what everyone else is wearing"

"following a dress code isn’t being a herd animal idiot"

No, it's pretty herdish and sheepish.

Do whatever you want and stop letting other people micromanage your life because you can't make up your mind, and then maybe you wouldn't have to ask the same of our increasingly radical government.

I have had multiple jobs and have dressed appropriately for all of them.

There is a difference between professionalism, and blindly following orders when there is no need to do so other than to pursue cult mentality. Clearly you haven't been to many job interviews if you are under the false belief that they mandate what you can and cannot wear down to the color of your socks.

If they did mandate that, I would turn the job down in advance and not show up for the interview, because I would understand in advance that it is a crappy micro-managed culture that will not grant you any autonomy.

I would wear what you originally planned on wearing or at least some form of it for each round, when you are dressed nicer you will feel more confident and put together, it may also help with your posture and remembering to sit up it you’re wearing a nicer outfit compared to something like sweatpants

You are only going to be seen from the chest up. You need to have your hair and makeup looking nice. Wear a cute top-nothing too revealing-you're not going to a fraternity party, you are being interviewed by girls.

The mantra for job hunting is you dress for the job you want. Even though this is not a job interview, it is very similar, so follow that rule of thumb.

You will have times when the chapter is asked to wear certain clothing like sorority t-shirts, or dress to pin attire (wear nice clothes and your sorority pin), costumes for parties, etc. There are rules you will have to follow. If you think you are a sheeple for doing those things, perhaps sororities aren't for you.

Or was the censored word meant to be t!ts? Either way, do it! We're already halfway to Brave New World, let's just go all out

Rules that are followed for the sake of having rules that must be followed are for sheep.

Rules that are followed for the sake of having rules that must be followed are for N@zis.

See what I'm getting at here?

Not to imply that you are n@zis, of course - I am simply describing the mindset that can create them, if the mindset is blindly subscribed to and not challenged.

Its called groupthink. The more people in a group trying to be identical is possible, the less of a brain the group has overall. The less of a brain a group has overall, the more likely a manipulative individual (or a small group of them) is to step up and fill the role through applied psychology.
